Hays are currently working with a manufacturing organisation in Bristol to recruit an Commercial Accountant Management Accountant Your new company An international manufacturing organisation are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join them in this newly created role. Your new role Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will form a key part of the Finance function. You will take a hands-on approach with the company accounts with the analytical ability to question and suggest areas for improvement. You will Business Partner the wider parts of the business and have the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. The key to this role is to have the ability to add commercial value in a fast moving and changing environment. What you will need to succeed Your experience in a similar role will be key to your success. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understand of financial process ideally within a manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable with management accounting practices but have the ability to question and suggest areas for improvement. You should be either fully qualified or part qualified and actively finishing your studies.
