Our People Team Generalistisat the heart of The Keyholding Company Reporting to the People Business Partner, you’ll be partnering with the company’s senior stakeholders as a part of a highly capable people team. You will be experienced in building strong business relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and be involved in inputting both holistically and operationally with scope to get involved in a wide range of HR projects. As People Team Generalist, you’ll be: Proactively engaging with managers on Employee Relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring that fair and cost-effective solutions are always provided to aid the achievement of personal and business objectives Monitoring of sickness trends and remedying action according with Company policies and to facilitate a proactive approach to absence management to ensure a smooth return to work of employees Handling all administrative tasks from onboarding to exit, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance Coaching line managers and employees on system usage, processes and policies Assisting in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organisational chart and development of policies Being the primary touch point for payroll processing, updating employee files, tracking holiday/sick pay, and staff benefits Owning & driving end to end employee lifecycle processes for shift teams e.g. recruitment, induction, learning & development, performance, etc Managing the company’s rewards and benefits platforms.
