Overview
HR Advisor job in Chingford for a charitable organisation. £22.25 p/hour. Temp to perm opportunity. Your new company Working for a charitable organisation based in the Chingford area. This organisation is a pillar of the community, championing diversity and progression globally. Your new role Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, you'll be providing generalist support to the client base, acting as a point of contact for all queries, advising on ER cases whilst coaching line managers through the process. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all systems are kept up to date with employee data and payroll information. What you'll need to succeed You'll be CIPD qualified or working towards it, and have hands on experience in an HR Advisor role. Good knowledge of navigating and manipulating systems, alongside up to date employment law and employee relations case management. What you'll get in return £22.25 p/hour, premium rate, with additional generous holiday as well as further benefits upon permanent placement. Permanent placement salary £35,354.
