HR Insight Analyst/HR Data Analyst, Leading Blue-Chip Company, 9 Month FTC, Up to £43k A leading Financial Services Company have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Data Analyst/HR Insight Analyst to join their team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This role allows for home based/agile working and would require weekly travel to both London and Cardiff offices. Working within a well-established team, your role would be to: - Consult with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, assess value, develop and deliver data in conjunction with the existing team. - Develop analytics and insight in order to inform the business via effective communications methods - Develop data management and analysis capability within the existing team and across HR - Complete deep dive analysis on priority areas, provide concise and clear results, including and gaps and options to cover - Assist the HR Systems, Insight and Data Manager in the development of the HR systems and processes and third party supplier management, establish and agree business test strategies - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: Project scope and objectives, plans, budgets, change requests etc. - Demonstrate, through keeping appropriate records, that information given is suitable and will remain objectively justifiable. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to Aptrix and Power BI and be a competent analyst with experience in payroll and HR Systems. Skills Required Qualifications: • BCS Certificate In Business Analysis Practice Knowledge: • Clear knowledge of core HR practice and process • Understanding of HR systems including payroll • Understanding of payroll processes and reporting • Understanding in subjects such as computer science, business information systems • Expect a high level skill of software tools (eg Excel and Visio) Experience: • Experience with human capital data & analytics • Experience in operational HR reporting role • Experience in reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, SQL • Experience in testing and analysing
