Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Progression to Management) £30,000-£35,000 Company Benefits Package Byfleet, Surrey (Commutable from Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Bracknell, Leatherhead, Epson, Twickenham, Croydon) Great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer from a Hotel or Facilities background looking to step up as a Maintenance Manager in a varied role where you will lead a team, while being the technical expert with full autonomy on decision making and implementing change and projects of a luxury hotel. Are you from a Facilities Maintenance background looking to progress into management? Are you looking for a role where you will lead a team of highly skilled Maintenance Engineers, gives you full control of major new developments and continuous training and development? You will be given full control of contractors working on site, be responsible for planning and managing new projects within the hotel and will be oversee for all Health & Safety on site. In this role you will also take the lead of the team of Maintenance Engineers, overseeing all reactive and preventative maintenance required and will be key to the continued exemplary reputation their brand has with their guests. This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Engineer looking to step up as a Maintenance Manager in a varied role that offers full control of all maintenance for an award-winning luxury resort.
