OPTIMISATION MANAGER LONDON £55,000-65,000 BENEFITS A great opportunity to lead on optimisation and personalisation projects for this well-known financial services client. THE COMPANY: This is a digital experience agency who work on end-to-end projects across strategy, analytics and optimisation. They focus on tailored solutions to add value across client's online customer base. THE ROLE: As an optimisation manager you will take ownership of a huge financial services client. You'll work closely with them to develop optimisation strategy (alongside the strategy direct), deep dive into data, develop optimisation plans and run testing. This company run loads of tests and you will analyse results to come up with recommendations to optimise the customer experience and conversion. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Excellent previous digital optimisation experience - Extensive AB/MV testing experience - Hands-on experience across web analytics and testing tools (ideally Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target but also Google Analytics & Optimizely/VWO/Google Optimize etc) - Ideally personalisation experience - Client facing ability SALARY AND BENEFITS: - Up to £65,000 depending on experience - Competitive benefits HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest by sending you CV to Lucy Hughes via the Apply link on this page.
