Overview

We are currently recruiting for 4 x energetic Tele-Researchers with excellent telephone manner to work within an exciting and expanding local office. Your role will be making outbound calls, contacting Students and Education establishments to gain information in the form of surveys. There are no sales within this role. The start date is ASAP The role Making outbound calls to gain information from students regarding education establishments Going through telephone surveys Updating internal databases with relevant information Using questioning techniques to glean information Based in South Shields- Close to metro station or free parking available Hours of work - 11.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday 9.00 am.m till 12.00 noon on Friday There is no selling in this role The person Must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to engage the person on the other end of the line have plenty of energy to engage the caller Must have telephone experience, or Customer services experience in some form Must be I.T literate Must be motivated to work both alone and as part of a team Will be working to targets This is an immediate start and will be ongoing This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89488753
