Overview
INNO INFOTECH is currently recruiting an experienced end-to-end Solutions Architect to help shape our digital presence by working with our innovative and creative development and testing teams and business stake holders leading the development of a large digital transformation and integrating with key internal applications with a strong focus on application modernisation - involving Cloud, Big Data, Micro-services and API design . PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: R esponsible for designing, planning, prototyping and delivering of a Solution to support digital transformation program. E ngage directly with engineering and development teams to ensure the architecture vision is maintained. Analyse the technology environment and enterprise specificsand document the requirements. Set the collaboration framework, create solution prototype, and participate in technology selection . Control the solution development and support the project management. Interface with project managers and other departments to ensure the delivery of multiple projects to time, quality and budget. Contribute to technical strategy, service development and provide innovation. Find the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems. Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders and d efine features, phases, and solution requirements. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Solid hands-on capability as a Solutions Architect and the ability to transform business requirements into a technology solution. Strong communication skills and an ability to influence others and build good working relationships with delivery partners and senior levels within the organisation Ability to operate in demanding situations whilst still having a relentless drive to deliver with enthusiasm Combination of technical, creative and business consulting acumen. Ability to lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production) A deep knowledge and experience of implementing Service Orientated Architecture An appreciation/exposure to emerging technologies and architectural trends - e.g Microservices, Serverless, Digital Transformation, Cloud, IoT etc. An ability to translate requirements into single solution options, showcasing an awareness of the potential draw-backs on topics such as cloud vs on-prem, security and product selection. EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive experience of performing a solution design or enterprise architect's role in a Service or Consultancy organisation Direct technical delivery experience across multiple streams: analysis, design, build, integration, test, infrastructure/deployment/ DevOps (preferable) Proven experience in Enterprise Application Integration solutions, COTS-based applications, in particular, Microsoft and bespoke application delivery Experience working closely with technical teams to understand their approach to deliver solutions Prior experience in Software Engineering / Development C ertification and/or demonstrable experience in Microsoft Azure is essential and AWS is desirable. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
