BMS Service and maintenance Engineer - Trend – West London - ASAP for 3-6 Months with scope for temp to perm £280 - £320 per Day depending on experience. IR35 Status: Pending Review. Role open to LTD company contractors or Umbrella contractors. If you operate as a Sole Trader you will be asked to operate through either of the two options. I am currently recruiting for a Service and Maintenance Position within an established Building Management systems (BMS) Controls Company. They are well-established and work on some very exciting projects ranging from a variety of commercial environments - hospitals – universities – Public sector – one off facilities. The work they have is varied and has allowed them to grow their projects and team significantly. I am looking for a very experienced BMS service and/or maintenance Engineer with at good Trend experience who has excellent customer facing skills, is technically competent and has a can-do attitude. Location Dates: This role will require you work on-site in a secure facility west of London. You will be required to attend, progress updates in the office and on-site when necessary. A start is needed ASAP for an initial duration of 3-6 months with scope for temp to perm. There may be some overtime available for this role as and when required. Key skills required: Experienced in BMS Service and Maintenance Engineering Trend background essential Relevant systems training and site cards. Knowledge of older Trend systems (software/hardware) Reliable attitude, highly motivated Good communication & detail orientated.
