Fawkes and Reece are working with a large residential developer in search of a Technical Coordinator to join their Chelmsford office. You will ideally be coming from another residential developer or architectural practice and have experience in quality residential schemes. The region works on high-volume residential builds across the northern home counties in traditional and RC Frame schemes.
