Our client is a up & coming developer who focus on residential and mixed-use projects. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking to appoint an Assistant Technical Coordinator to assist on a major 600 unit development. The Assistant Technical Coordinator will have: Knowledge of how a Developer operates, this could be an experience of previously working for a developer directly or working very closely for an architectural practice for a developer. Able to follow direction well from the Technical Manager Detail conscious with good communication skills.
