Overview
Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Full Time Anywhere This is a new opportunity for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a team of dedicated IT professionals to design and deliver new and exciting IT systems into the Defence environment. The successful applicant will report to the Technical Leads and Solution Architects, providing their subject matter knowledge to support the business in delivering projects. Responsibilities Include: • Designing secured solutions to meet the complex needs of our customers. • Providing subject matter advice and guidance to other teams. • Leading tasks within small to medium sized teams directing and helping more junior engineers. • Ensuring that deliver is to quality and delivering solutions to budget and time constraints. The successful applicant will be an established engineer, who is able to demonstrate a deep technical background ideally in VMware and Microsoft Server. You will have a keen interest in IT systems and their lifecycle. Knowledge of Cyber Security principals would be an advantage but not essential. As your skills and experience develops, as the successful applicant you will expect excellent career progression and personal development.
