THE FIRM A highly regarded City firm. THE ROLE Within a collegial finance team, the role will involve acting for a range of lenders, as well as real estate funds and real estate-backed corporates and developers on all aspects of debt financing, including investment and development facilities. ABOUT YOU A City or equivalent trained lawyer is now sought who can demonstrate mid-level post qualification experience in Real Estate Finance. Candidates with post qualification experience in general finance may also be considered if the desire to move into Real Estate Finance can be demonstrated. In terms of general practice skills, candidates should have strong academic backgrounds, be well organised and commercial in their approach. Excellent drafting skills are also important.
