Overview
A role within an extremely successful business in Chichester. This role reports in the Payroll Manager and covers full payroll process for over 900 employees. Client Details The client is a large, international organisation which have a fantastic reputation as an employer. The role is within a small team and can offer plenty of development of an employees skill set. Description Responsibilities include: Processing all payroll data for starters, leavers and salary changes. Responsible for updating all Statutory Leave (SMP/SAP/ASPP) Responsible for the payment of all overseas payroll Prepare final payroll checks prior to payroll submission Responsible for distribution of payslips and P45's including emails to new starters with details of online systems Assist with ongoing and final preparations of P11Ds/Payrolling Benefits Assist in preparation of employee compensation GL account reconciliations Profile The successful candidate will have: Experience of large volume payroll Ideally ADP experience Knowledge of full payroll process Personal Organisation, Planning and Time Management; Flexibility/Adaptability; self-Awareness and interpersonal/collaborative skill-set Communication skills, responds quickly to inquiries, and has clear, concise writing style Preferably a second language (Not compulsory) Job Offer A flexible salary dependent on the candidate Great benefits Parking Fantastic working environment.
