Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Payroll team for an exciting Chichester based business. The role will be assisting with the companies French payroll and reporting into the Payroll Manager. Initially on a 12 month contract with the potential of going permanent after the initial year. If you have any previous payroll or finance experience and speak fluent French this could be an excellent opportunity for yourself. Client Details The client is a dynamic, fast paced business which will offer the right candidate plenty of growth. This is a 12 month contract inside a business which can offer extensive opportunity moving forward whether that is within, Payroll, Finance or other departments of this international organisation. Description Key responsibilities: Responsible for updating payroll with permanent data Responsible for updating all season tickets and cycle loans Responsible for updating all Statutory Leave Responsible for creating and importing warehouse overtime from spread sheet provided Prepare final payroll checks prior to payroll submission Assist with ongoing and final preparations of P11Ds/Payrolling Benefits Profile The successful candidate will: Have fluent French, spoken and written. Previous payroll or finance experience.
