Overview
Team Assistant - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Our client, a well-established, successful finance organisation based in the City currently has a new opening for an Assistant to come on board and provide support to various funds / committees, organising meetings and corporate access to support the investment process across various funds and bonds. Your duties will include: Building relationships with investor relations. Setting up and booking meetings with external parties. Booking meeting rooms / logistical requirements. Preparing documentation / data for meetings. Taking minutes of meetings. Organising travel and accommodation. Assisting with preparation of expenses. Research support for the team. Participating in projects from time to time. The ideal candidates will be: Super organised, able to plan ahead as well as dealing with last minute changes. High attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Able to work in a team as well as independently. Real team player and build good relationships. At least 2-3 years previous experience. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract. Red Anchor Recruitment is an equal opportunities agency.
