Be a Response Key Worker This role is all about providing robust in work support to participants who are in employment in order to ensure that they remain in employment whilst on the Work and Health Programme. In brief you will: Work in a systematic way to ensure that all participants in employment receive sufficient support in order to maintain their employment and achieve Job Outcome threshold. Identify and mitigate any risks of participants falling out of employment. Form positive working relationships with employers so that all necessary support and reasonable adjustments are provided to participants within their employment. Identify increased or alternative employment options where appropriate to increase participants’ earnings.
