Overview

Our client is a strongly established and nationally recognised company with a respected household reputation. They are looking for a highly organised and pro-active Internal Sales Coordinator to maintain the high-quality services that our client prides themselves on. This role is suited to a skilled communicator with a consultative sales approach, that is seeking an opportunity with future career development. Main responsibilities: Support generating leads and interest through proactively calling customers Vet enquiries to ensure the project meets the selection criteria Ensure requisite information is gained to produce a full quote, and take preliminary discussion with the customer prior to the quotation stage Support the Estimating Team throughout the quotation process Within a defined timescale ensure that all quotes are efficiently followed-up by phone Take the customer through the quotation to make sure that they fully understand every aspect of the offer and related issues (including installation, operation, function, ironmongery, interface details etc.) Identify areas where the customer needs help in order to understand technical, regulatory and practical aspects of their requirements. Fully explain the features and benefits of the company's services with focus on added value to the customer and inform about lead time and post order process. Deal with any objections in a consultative way Identify and respond to any buying signals from the customers Coordinate with the company Installers/Joiners to ensure customers get a seamless pre-order experience Prepare re-quotes where relevant and negotiate and close orders. Actively seek out opportunities and make either a suitable approach to the targeted customer or pass to the relevant External Area Sales Manager Ensure clarity to the customer about service terms, processes and time frames, to maintain high customer satisfaction always. Key Skills and Qualities: A driven and positive attitude towards sales and customer service An understanding of sales processes and the importance of developing customer relationships Ability to accept and tackle challenging tasks with enthusiasm Take initiative and work under own direction, generating activity and action Experience working under pressure and handling busy situations Technical sales experience and experience managing a sales pipeline is preferred, but not essential If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period.
