Overview
We are currently recruiting a Business support officer to work at my client, a leading public sector organisation based in Sheffield City centre. It will be working in the SEND department and to start ASAP. It will be initially 3-6 months to start with. We require someone with Excellent customer service skill who is a clear and concise communicator. This post is dealing with the public and service users over the telephone. This is a Business Support officer post but is very process driven. This is based in a fast paced environment that will need someone who will use initiative and be proactive.
