The Role - Business Line Manager, Digital Health & Medical Imaging This global market-leading healthcare organisation are recruiting for a new Business Line Manager, to Head their Digital Health business line for GB&I which includes their team play digital health platform, their growing artificial intelligence portfolio, and a suite of integrated imaging software tools. Key responsibilities include: Setting strategic direction & focus of DH portfolio within zone GB&I Fosters X-business cooperation primarily within their Diagnostic Imaging business, and secondarily across our Customer Service and Enterprise Service teams Developing and maintaining strong relationships within their HQ and product development teams Executing all HQ driven initiatives within GBI as well as all new business integration activities Ensuring direct and indirect sales teams are aware of portfolio developments and are adequately trained/informed on the portfolio The Business Manager for Digital Health is accountable for: Order, Revenue, and Pricing elements within the DH portfolio Education of the multi-modality sales force to ensure proper understanding of the portfolio capabilities A dedicated team of individuals supporting the DH product portfolio, as well as all implementations and training activities Completion of all tender, and framework submissions with a high-calibre of response The Business Manager for Digital Health develops: Strong customer relationships both in public/private sectors to champion the portfolio GTM plans and CRM strategies for all portfolio elements inclusive of customer profiles, targets, bundled-offers, and pricing informed from market dynamics Relationships within the industry to compliment the digital portfolio elements. This role is senior management function (manager of individual contributors/ managers) that is provided a great deal of autonomy. Direct influence and management of key internal/external stakeholders is a key function of this role. "Territory“ will include all business conducted within Zone GB&I. 3 direct reports are immediately allocated to this role. Digital Health business line management: This includes all direct sales and marketing efforts for the portfolio, overall technical and product line management, as well as oversight of project implementation and training. Responsibilities also include generating and keeping accurate forecasts for orders and revenue as well maintaining an appropriate cost base, and strong CRM transparency. External Stakeholder management: Developing key customer relationships as well as identifying critical sights to act as centres of reference for the DH portfolio of product. Attend relevant conferences and trade-shows to ensure maximum exposure within the zone. Internal Stakeholder management: Work in coordination with other Business Areas/Horizontals, as well as the dedicated business lines within DI to drive portfolio elements. Generate key relationships at HQ level to ensure adequate support is provided for new and existing portfolio elements. Communication: Provides updates and feedback on business and market development activities to ensure maximum coordination across the business at regular intervals (monthly/quarterly). Collects, collates, and prioritises input across their functions of responsibilities to assess the health of the business Your Background - Business Line Manager, Digital Health & Medical Imaging Ideally you will have prior experience managing a complex commercial activities preferably within the Diagnostics industry and/ or Digital space Degree or relevant professional qualification. Formal business training required e.g. certificate or diploma in business / legal Presentation skills, strong business, digital, and financial acumen · Ideally you will have had direct professional experience in the healthcare industry, and experience within the diagnostics field.
