Overview

This Social Services Team Administrator role is based within Shared Lives team. This team recruits, trains and supports carers in offering a range of support to meet the needs of vulnerable adults. Full Time, Temporary - ongoing Job Role: Support the quality assurance of the scheme Visit and meet with carers to assess needs of the clients and carers Identify and implement improvements in carers’ abilities to deliver continuous service Ensure clients’ benefits are applied for and in place as appropriate Involved in the recruitment and assessment of new carers Receive and respond to potential client referral enquires Support the manager in the prioritisation of referrals and the matching process with appropriate carers Manage a caseload of carers Help build a thorough knowledge of all services available and what best would suit each client and carer AdHoc requirements for Social Services Team Administrator, eg. Admin, References, Research etc. Skills/ Requirements: Experience in a Social Services Team Administrator role or similar Knowledge of Care Quality Commission Knowledge of Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults legislation and associated policies Pay: £12.50 per hour PAYE Holiday pay Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
