Project/Site Manager - Mental Health Team Six Month Temporary position £14.17 per hour Sutton, Surrey THE COMPANY: My client, a Health Care provider, are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Mental Health Team on a temporary basis. THE ROLE: - Managing a small team - Overseeing a registered residential project - Ensuring services are delivered to a high standard - Responding to the needs of service users - To ensure that the residential and supported housing services are managed efficiently and effectively. - Dealing with, client care, finance - budgets, quality assurance, and planning and development, amongst other duties. THE PERSON: - MUST have an ENHANCED DBS to be considered for this role - Registered Manager Award or equivalent - QCF Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent - Previous experience in similar role within Mental Health Care - Car owner/ driver - Must be able to do shift work, sleep-ins and on- all duty - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - IT Literate
