BI Developer Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Location: CV7 Hours: Mon – Fri Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 My client is a national organisation who is looking to recruit an experienced BI Developer to join them on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be supporting the business using a variety of complex data sources to produce and present an accurate view of business information. You will: • Be responsible for the creation of systems which ensure the most effective delivery of business intelligence data (analysis, reports, dashboards) which assist teams across the organisation to make informed decisions on operational changes and delivering strategic goals • Design and maintain efficient data consolidation databases (Data Warehouse/Data Marts) for the use in Business intelligence analysis, MI reporting and research analysis • Be highly proficient in TSQL scripting and the ETL process, be competent at optimising code with an understanding of execution plans • Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience The role would suite an excellent communicator, a person with the ability to manage stakeholders as well as self-manage. You will be up to speed with technology in general and have experience in structured project methodologies. Technical Skills: • Experience using Power Bi and Azure stack • Experience using the Microsoft BI Stack • Previous experience with data warehouse development and data modelling • Experience with Extract Transform and Load
