Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading firm based just outside of the City for their Junior Partner role. My client are looking for someone with at least 5 years PQE within a leading firm to join the team at Junior Partner level and take the team forward. The work is high quality with a number of HNW & UHNW clients and the firm has an outstanding reputation in the affluent local area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a team of Solicitors & Paralegals, as well as developing the department further over the next couple of years. As such, they are looking for candidates who are already heading up successful Property departments or alternatively, you will be a Senior Associate who is ready & able to take the step up. The salary is highly competitive and negotiable for the right candidate. There is a substantial benefit package in place and an attractive bonus scheme which would increase earning potential by £15 - 25k per year. Apply now for immediate consideration.
