Our client based in Crewe is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis for a reputable client based in Crewe. Your new role This role will be ensuring all administration is done in a timely and correct manner. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with day to day administration of the Office Deal with customers by email and telephone Entering information onto the system Log any further queries or issues Dealing with any associated paperwork and filing as appropriate Raise Invoices and pass to Accounts along with payments Send customer receipts and deal with daily enquiries Order related paperwork document printing Liaise with Customers and Clients What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role you will need proven experience in a similar role and working in a fast paced environment. You will also be a great team player, have brilliant customer service skills and exceptional telephone manner and typing skills.
