Emergency Response Service in London are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer - part time of full time Your new company An opportunity to join the legal team as a Telecoms Lawyer at an established emergency response and rescue service in their head office in London. Your new role As a Telecoms Lawyer, you will have specialist knowledge of acting for landlords of telecoms provider leases including advice on the new Telecoms Code, what powers telecoms operators have, how best to protect landowners against telecom operators rights to include advice to clients and drafting precedent lease and licence documentation. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the role you should be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister with a number of year post qualified experience of telecoms. Public sector experience is desirable as is working in-house.
