Overview
Personal Assistant This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced PA who has experience with in HR too to join a well-established finance company based in Central London. The successful individual will be supporting the CEO and be able to make the role their own Responsibilities Diary Management. Booking meetings internally and externally with clients and colleagues as well as any travel and accommodation needed. First point of contact for all communication to CEO, directing calls as necessary HR Management, such as contracts of employment, Health and Safety, GDPR, and general HR requirements General Administration and Office Management tasks Talking to clients and customers over the phone and providing information where needed. Ensure all documents are well maintained and up to date.
