Overview
Team Assistant - 6-12 Month Fixed Term Contract A fantastic opportunity is now available for an Team Assistant supporting a team of around 6-8 up to Manager level in the City of London. This is a 6-12 month fixed term contract position paying between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate must have Team Assistant experience as well as previous experience within Engineering, Construction, or renewables. The duties for this role are varied but offer a great opportunity to utilise your skills. Key Duties: Organising all travel co-ordination Booking and managing all meetings Client communication Assisting with ad hoc duties as requested Preparing appropriate materials for meetings, appointments and presentations Previous experience supporting a team Assisting with reception duties Skills Required: Industry experience/knowledge Excellent Team Player Good organisational skills Strong telephone manner Must be able to use own initiative Strong Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multi-task If you are interested in the above role, please contact Catherine or Carly on or apply online.
