Overview
Commissioning Home Manager West Lancashire £50k - £55k Full Time / Permanent DMD Recruitment are working in partnership with a reputable care home provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to take the lead of a brand-new, state-of-the-art care home which is scheduled to open in Summer. The service has been expertly designed to provide excellent facilities and accommodation for up to 80 older people with nursing, dementia and residential care needs. The successful candidate will join the team and will be integral to the process of setting up the home and ensuring the home has everything in place ready for the grand opening in Summer. Once the home is open, you will oversee the day to day management and success of the home as the Registered Manager. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: Proven background in Care Home Management, ideally managing large nursing homes A Nursing Qualification and a valid NMC PIN Experience Commissioning a new nursing home Strong Marketing skills to build occupancy Recruitment experience and building a skilled staff team A passion for high quality standards This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to commission and become the Registered Manager of a fabulous service in West Lancashire.
