Commercial Network Manager - Permanent - Full Time - York - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with a commercial background to join a forward-thinking psychological healthcare organisation in York. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the management team of this rapidly growing company. This crucial role will deal with complex briefs and support the development of an ambitious long-term growth plan. You will essentially be managing and running the combined Therapist Network across the group, a network that features approximately 4000 clinicians. You will need to possess: - A proven commercial background in a health-related field. - Background experience in the health and wellbeing market. - Exceptional communication skills. - Experience in creating and organising effective CPD programmes. - Good knowledge of GDPR. - Experience of negotiating clinician rates in a health market is ideal. Your responsibilities will include: - Overall responsibility for the recruitment to and management of the Therapist Network. - Lead managing relationships internal and external with the network. - Responsible for overall therapist service level delivery with the business. - Manage the commercial aspects of the external clinical network, engagement, i.e. the terms and conditions of engagement. - Liaise with Stakeholders regarding the Operational and Clinical needs from the network. - Build a GDPR compliant platform for the network. - Responsible for ensuring a Continuous Professional Development programme is available for the clinical network. - Create and manage a rolling plan to make training and supervision available to the network. - Manage the third-party organisation that validates the credentials of the network clinicians. - Regular 1:1 interviews with select clinicians to gather feedback. - Manage Network Managers at organisational level. This is a full time, permanent position based in York. The salary offered is £50,000- £60,000 per annum.
