Overview
A growing hospitality / leisure business that has recently completed their second acquisition. Their culture is fast paced, energetic and fun. They are highly commercial and have a strong team ethic. HR is out in the business, partnering with the leadership teams. Due to a restructure they are now looking to have regionally based HR Advisers to support the HR Business Partners. HR is well respected within the organisation and has a strong focus on talent management and engagement. They have also aquired another business so TUPE is also needed. This role will work with the Centre managers and will provide support with Recruitment, Training and ER support. A There will be support from the HRBP's and also the Group Talent Manager.
