Overview

Project Manager for leading global Property Management software solutions company. The role can be home based (or office based if you prefer) anywhere within 60 miles or so of London, as most of their clients are in the London area (Luton is just a marker point). Competitive salary package with a basic up to £75k, bonus of up to 15% of salary, private healthcare and life insurance. This software vendor has been developing and implementing web-based property management, real estate, property investment management, accounting software and facilities management software for the retail, commercial, residential and industrial property market for many years. They have offices in 25 countries, over 2,000 global employees and they are innovative, client focused and very successful. They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Project Manager, ideally with previous experience working with property management solutions so that could be Propman, BlueBox, Manhattan, PIMS, SIMpro, Landlord Vision, Atrium, MRI, Qube, RealPage, Arthur, Tramps, Hexagon, Decorus, Yardi, PEX, or anything similar. If you don't have property software experience, they will also happily looking at accounting software experience as the solution has a strong element of accounting to it, or other application software such as ERP, hire & rental, asset management, facilities management or construction solutions. You need experience managing client facing commercial application software projects, and ensuring they come in on time and to budget. You will attend kick off meetings, look after project activities, plan sprints, produce project initiation documents, maintain project plans, communicate with stakeholders, deal with project issues and risks, manage change logs, allocate the Consultants and run projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager here, you will work with the clients before the deal is signed, then map out the process and the deliverables, what gets signed off - when and by whom, what the client needs to prepare and do during the project, and what resources the client needs to allocate. Then the deal is done and at kick off they have an "all hands" meeting to get the project started.
