Overview

Our IT department is recruiting for an exciting individual to join us in our head office in Luton; you will join us as a project assistant. Our IT team manages and supports all 40 of our offices in the UK and is at the very core of our business to help us achieve what we do on a yearly basis. Our IT team are on the lookout for a placement year student who wants to work in a challenging environment, whilst reaping the rewards that a year in the industry can help you achieve once graduating. Your role will see you working alongside some of our most long-standing IT colleagues and working with various business lines to support their needs. Dedicated Keen to go the extra mile A people person Enthusiastic Then we want to hear from you Your duties: To provide full project assistant admin support to the IT SLT ensuring smooth day to day running of the UK IT projects through central project tracking & reporting tools. To support and assist CIO & IT Senior Leadership Team, with daily financial and administrative activities such as invoice processing, PO creation & follow-ups as well as overall IT budget tracking and forecasting with additional support from Commercial Finance. Assist in moving projects towards completion by performing project and office administration tasks, which typically include production and distribution of collateral, file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, and team collaboration.
