Your new company You will be joining a fantastic, values driven charity, as part of a super friendly and ambitious HR team You can start this role remotely and will be provided with a laptop. Your new role This will be fast paced role, where you will take full responsibility for managing the busy HR Inbox, responding to queries and delegating to others where necessary. You will also be a huge support to the organisation's recruitment needs; coordinating the beginning to end recruitment process, including the smooth running of onboarding and DBS processes. Additionally, you will utilise your excellent attention to detail by producing accurate and timely HR letters/documents and supporting payroll systems if needed. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will have a keen desire to develop an HR career, with experience supporting recruitment cycles and managing an Inbox.
