Overview

A Luxury Car company based in South East London are looking for an experience Customer Service / Client Support Coordinator to book, arrange, manage and quality assure the provision of premium chauffeur drive services for business and pleasure on behalf of EMEA based clients. Job purpose: To book, arrange, manage and quality assure the provision of premium chauffeur drive services for business and pleasure on behalf of EMEA based clients through our global network of third- party affiliates. To work with the Team Leader and Senior Conference & Events Coordinator in the organisation of Conference & Events, Fieldtrips and High Risk or Tertiary services. To manage the success of a conference or event both remotely, from the office or designated workspace, or on-site dependant on the client requirement. Main duties/Responsibilities: Ensuring we provide a consistently outstanding level of customer service to our clients and resolve escalated issues as they arise. To be fully aware of the standard of customer experience we are providing at every stage of the service provision process. You should know what our customers want and devise practical, cost efficient solutions. Ensuring the safety of our clients at all times. To arrange the supply of the booked service through our global network of third-party affiliates, ensuring that the proposed vehicle and driver meet our exacting standards, and that a rate is agreed in advance for any non-tariff services. To be flexible of working hours required leading up to and during the running of conference & events. Travelling to conference venues and managing on-site events ensuring end to end customer satisfaction. Additional duties: Key client contact for established, secondary accounts such as Hire Space, All About Venues and SAGE. Involvement in company progression initiatives such as technological improvements, supporting the implementation of Operational procedures etc. Attendance at client meetings and on conference calls, as required. Revised maximum project/booking capacity Overtime: This role will require the successful candidate to work additional hours both on-site and in the office. If office-based - standard hourly rate applies to an on-site coordinator(s). In the event you work longer than 8 hours, you will be paid at an hourly rate of 'time and a half' per hour. If it is a weekend, time and a half will apply. If on-site (requiring overnight stay) - standard hourly rate applies to an on-site coordinator(s). In the event you work longer than 10 hours, you will be paid at an hourly rate of 'time and a half' per hour. If it is a weekend, time and a half will apply. An on-site award of £150 per day applies if remaining overnight. This is in addition to the above. Individual KPIs will be set during bi-annual performance and development reviews. Package & Working Hours: This is a Monday - Friday role (9 - 6pm), with some evening and weekend work (Event depending). Starting salary - £24,000 INTERESTED?
