Your key day to day responsibilities will include: Recruitment Manage the end to end recruitment process Take part in the interview process of candidates Lead induction days for new starters Carry out reference and advanced checks People Development Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system driving high performance Provide support and coaching of all employees Co-ordinate training and on-going development of employees Ensure the company culture and values are embraced throughout the company Nurture a positive working environment Personnel and HR Admin Review current HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practice Recommend and implement HR policy changes where appropriate Offer effective support to employees and line managers Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them Provide first line advice on current and existing rewards and benefits for employees and managers. Keep all employee files up to date Monitor compliance with processes and procedures detailed in the Employee Handbook In conjunction with external advisors advise management on any disciplinary or employee dispute issues Qualifications and skills: A proven, demonstrable and successful background in HR Management within a growing and dynamic business Experience in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, reviews, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management Experience of implementing a company wide benefits and rewards scheme Educated to degree level in Business, Psychology, Law or a related area/or have relevant experience and have extensive experience in a comparable generalist HR role Show initiative and ability to drive projects forward Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices If you wish to apply please forward a copy of your latest CV to
