The role As one of our Site Manager’s you’ll oversee the management of new build residential sites ensuring the construction of a quality product, in a safe manner, within agreed budgets and timescales and working closely with our sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage and coordinate trades, sub-contractors, materials and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build in line with construction programme, quality and agreed cost standards. You will ensure that all work is scheduled to ensure production targets are achieved and a high quality of product is maintained and that build drawings and specifications are adhered to. In controlling subcontractors, suppliers and employee’s there will be need to provide additional information and handle any problems or delays to achieve the best outcome. Naturally, you’ll be the lead figure in health and safety, risk assessments, method statements and quality control. You’ll have direct liaison with sales, commercial and technical departments to ensure that programmes and delivered to the highest specification to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. The package on offer is £44,930 to £49,922 plus car allowance, group incentive up to 20% of salary, 27 days holiday plus 9 bank holidays, private medical, pension and much more. About you You’ll be an accomplished site manager or assistant site manager ready for the next step with a wealth of experience building residential developments and new homes. You’ll be able to demonstrate the delivery of quality sites that have achieved agreed milestones, budgets and safe delivery. You will be a good problem solver that is solutions orientated with exceptional planning abilities. We’ll need you to have CSCS Managers card, SMSTS and relevant first aid and health and safety training. Why apply?
