The role is working as a Health Care Partnership Manager with the Wound Management Division within the North Midlands, Liverpool and North Wales . The is a strategic primary access development role. This is identifying and developing relationships with key NHS stakeholders (Clinical Commissioning Groups) in order to generate opportunities for change within the health economy, to advise and lead on customer facing projects designed to improve the way patient care is organised within the NHS. There may also be a requirement to work with private sector partners to uncover, pursue and develop joint working opportunities within healthcare provision. The Requirements: In-depth knowledge of the current structure, policies and workings of the NHS and other healthcare organisations within the UK Evidence experience of engaging with multiple NHS stakeholders, particularly at commissioning and service level Analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data sources to identify opportunities Negotiation, networking and communication skills associated with producing successful outcomes Successful in the healthcare arena with knowledge of the NHS system and processes Record of success in medical devices sales, preferably in the field of wound care Evidence of building strong and productive stakeholder relationships Experience of working cross-functionally We are proud of the FMC team and if you feel that you are up to the challenge then apply now Important information Reference number: 8302 FMC contact for this role: Rhys Miller
