Overview
An IT Support and Technology solutions company based in the Wrexham area is looking for a Business Development Executive with a Telecommunications focus to join their close knit and growing team. Founded 20 years ago supporting businesses with their IT and Telecommunications requirements with an aim to provide bespoke solutions to meet their clients changing needs though the creation of effective working partnerships, looking after the client’s IT and telecoms so they don’t have to. The business has built an enviable reputation and prestigious client portfolio from all sectors, mainly within the small to medium enterprise market and due to this the sales team are looking for a Telecommunications Sales Executive to sell solutions such as VOIP and other phone systems, broadband, hardware etc As a Sales focused person you will be responsible for working alongside your colleagues in continuing in the business' growth and development, your duties and responsibilities include; Proactively targeting existing customers to review their existing solutions and building pipeline for future upgrades and developments Identifying and contacting prospective customers developing new long term relationships with customers in a solutions led sales environment Building relationships and ensuring customer experience is to the highest standard to ensure referrals and repeat business Build relationships with suppliers and industry experts The ideal candidate will come from a Technical sales background whether that is telecommunications, mobile phone sales, hardware or software sales looking to continue in an environment such as this. You will be working in a close knit team where everyone has a "role your sleeves up" mentality to ensure customers receive the best service possible.
