Overview

XML International is a well-established, rapidly growing international company operating in dozens of countries and specialising in staffing and recruitment in 100 countries across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. Our repertoire of clients includes household names who are working across the globe in many different countries. These companies work in a number of different fields including telecoms, technology, cyber security, engineering, financial services and more. We are currently looking for a HR and Customer Excellence Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the HR Department at XML and act as a main point of contact between the Company and our external consultants. The candidate will report directly to the General Manager. This is a full time position and offers flexibility. After an initial period in-office we offer the possibility to work in remote. Some of the HR responsibilities include: Assist with any internal and external HR related matter Develop organizational guidelines and procedures Assist in the recruitment process of identifying internal candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts Conduct proper on boarding of new team members and off boarding Organize Health and Safety and GDPR training for new hires Manage the Company’s employee database Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice Collect feedbacks through internal surveys Create databases with both qualitative and quantitative data in order to generate reports that will be used to improve the Company HR strategy. Some of the Customer Excellence responsibilities include: Act as a main point of contact between the Company and the external Consultants Build relationships and instilling a sense of trust Make quarterly calls to build relationships, collect feedback and detect any issues Escalate any issues highlighted to the appropriate department in a timely manner Collection of feedbacks through questionnaires Prepare presentation and reports Create strategies in order to fill in and improve any gaps within the Customer Service Follow up on the On boarding and off boarding process of our consultants Oversee the background checks process for any new hire Requirements: 1-2 Years experience as HR Coordinator/Generalist A good understanding of Employment Law People Management skills Excellent communication skills Strong decision making and problem solving skills Can do attitude Level 3 CIPD (Preferred, but not essential)
