Overview

My client, a leading national charity brand is now seeking an experienced HR Change Partner to support them for a period of 12 months through an exciting programme of transformation. As HR Change Partner working alongside HRBP colleagues, you will lead on all aspects of the change process from high level stakeholder engagement to hands on delivery, encompassing organisation design, job evaluation, restructure consultations, union engagement and much more. This role requires a strong HR professional with a proven background and expertise in HR change management delivery, together with a high level of personally credibility and gravitas. An understanding of, or experience in Agile methodology would be preferable.
