Description The main duties for the HR Officer will include:- Providing ER advise and support to managers and employees Supporting on change management projects such as TUPE Supporting on well being projects Liaise with other areas of the business such as payroll to on-board candidates Travel to other sites when needed Assist with visa and sponsorship applications Profile The HR Officer will have strong exposure to ER issues and providing advice to managers.
