Overview

A leading Maintenance Provider is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Coordinator based in the Basingstoke area. This role is offering a salary up to £40,000 Per Annum. Key responsibilities include (but aren't limited to): To monitor client and customer satisfaction levels at all times To be responsible for the delivery of services in accordance with the contract specification Conduct building inspections ensuring standards of maintenance throughout the building is in line with policies and agreed standards Be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of QHSE in the office by integrating QHSE requirements within daily inspection routines Cleaning support - identify any cleaning issues as part of the inspection routine, reporting to/ working closely with Facilities Manager as appropriate Responsible for all facilities and will tend to facilities related duties as and when required Managing standards and housekeeping - support the wider building services team with liaison with business users, audits to maintain policy Support Administration team with the process and completion of 'service requests’ Identify/evaluate opportunities for changing/developing service delivery Support customer with the delivery of ad-hoc building projects To monitor the overall performance and escalate any problems to the Facilities Manager To produce reports as and when required by both the customer and Contract Management team To be main point of contact for all occupiers, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered and maintained To lead Supply Partner working groups, ensuring pro-active management of all tasks Provide cover for the reception team as and when required The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent Manufacturing background is preferred Technical background is preferred (Higher educational qualifications to 'A’ Level/HNC/D or Degree would be beneficial and NVQ Customer Service Level 2 & 3 Good PC based skills, with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint - intermediate to advance levels IOSH/NEBOSH Health and Safety Training Good understanding of Customer Service Levels, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements 2-3 years experience in a similar role or within facilities. Previous experience of customer facing role using operating systems such as CAFM software. Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills. Results/task orientated attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Commitment to continuous improvement.
