Overview
Team PA within Investment Banking Location: City Salary: £38-42,000 Our client; an established, Investment Banking firm based in the heart of the City, are looking for a confident and proactive PA to support senior level individuals (one partner, one director plus wider team). The culture is dynamic, down to earth and collaborative and would suit someone with previous experience in a Team PA role gained within Investment Banking or Financial services ideally. Duties include: Managing inboxes and diaries Gatekeeping on their behalf Planning and booking international travel Typing of confidential letters, documents and presentations Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Planning and managing internal and external events Booking and arranging meetings Producing monthly expenses In order to be considered for this role; Team Assistant / PA experience is essential as well as outstanding MS office skills and a positive, proactive attitude. They are looking for a personable, dedicated PA who has experience within a similar sector, at this level.
