Internal Recruitment Partner, Salary £30-35k DoE, North East, 10 Month FTC Your new company An opportunity has arisen for a proven and experienced Internal Recruitment Partner within a Large and award-winning company specialising in infrastructure, support services and construction. Recognised for a family feel and long-standing service of over 50 years, this company looks after its people just as much as it looks after its clients. The vacancy has arisen to supplement business growth off the back off their continued success. Your new role You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes partnering with internal stakeholders to qualify and resource jobs in a timely and effective manner. I this you will use cost effective but current strategies in line with market trends to source the best talent to continue the success of the business. You will also facilitate interviews on sites which includes site meetings to qualify and shortlist roles. Strong relationship building, and negotiation skills are a must to grow candidate pools and increase talent pipeline. What you'll need to succeed Whilst all applications area given due consideration the ideal candidate from this role with have extensive experience within a recruitment / HR environment ideally from a high-volume background covering both permanent and temporary appointments. Excellent reporting skills to justify acquisition strategies and present recruitment data in a creative and informative way to relevant stakeholders. It goes without saying that you will also be a great self-starter with excellent communication skills and proficient across multiple IT packages and systems. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel are essential to this role.
