Insurance Claims Agent Salary: £17,296.25 - £19,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Locations: Haywards Heath About Our Client: My client is a multi-brand and award-winning motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition. Due to the continued success and expansion of the business, our client is now looking to recruit a Third-Party Claims Handler to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. The Job Role: The key purpose of this role is to deal with allocated Accidental Damage claims in a cost effective and efficient way as per policy terms, conditions and claims processes. Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls Collect accurate information and relevant documentation from customers and guide the policyholder through the claims process Monitoring the progress of a claim whilst ensuring a fair settlement Contacting trades people from a network of approved professionals, arranging for them to make repairs on the policyholder's vehicle Ensuring the customer is treated fairly whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service Dealing with any customer complaints Adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards Additional administration duties as required The Successful Applicant: Experience working in a customer service position Excellent customer service and communications skills Strong literacy and numeracy skills Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude at all times Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues What's on Offer 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays 5% pension contribution scheme Healthcare benefits Life assurance Fantastic savings across over 250 big name brands including dining, entertainment, days out and much more
