Overview
SF Recruitment are working with a well established, privately owned product distribution business based just outside Birmingham City Centre. You will work alongside members of both the finance and operations team, this is an excellent opportunity to not only provide greater commercial insight but this also is a key role in further establishing a culture of continuous improvement and best practice. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of monthly accounts, annual budget/projection, monthly forecasts and year end accounts. - Develop KPIs for the measurement and delivery of accurate and insightful analysis of performance - Identifying variances to budget / forecast which are fully understood and effectively communicated to site management and the wider business - Deliver accurate product costings - Work closely with operations team to investigate adverse operational variances, commercially evaluate the business case and advise accordingly to senior management - Ensure that finance takes a lead role in the identification and mitigation of risks and takes advantage of commercial opportunities Profile: - Dynamic, confident and proactive - Management Accounting experience within Manufacturing - Excellent communication skills both written & verbal - Strong Excel
