Overview
La Fosse Public Sector Transformation Practice is currently supporting a Public Body undergoing a Digital Transformation impacting upon all UK Citizens who now require a process focused Business Analyst urgently. You will liaise with staff, project managers and suppliers to understand the process steps involved in the development of the enhanced technology required to deliver this transformation. The location of this role is near Portsmouth ( initially 100% remote ) with scope for WHF offered once established Typical Role Responsibilities: Work in partnership with the Business Readiness lead, share knowledge and provide support so that our internal team are able to refine the maps as and when required. Map out processes 'as is' and 'to be' Provide demonstrations of the mapped processes to the wider team and invite feedback Draft guidelines, process flows, new business steps with screenshots, as required Gather feedback on all documentation, making changes where necessary Store maps in Divisional area and save versions Relevant Skills and Experience: Strong skills in process mapping Experienced in presenting processes to a team Excellent communication and writing skills Experience in configuration management This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89959362
