If you are a Commercial Property Associate seeking a new opportunity this could be the role for you. Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join their Birmingham team to specialise in residential development work. Working predominantly in land acquisitions for residential development, this is one of the leading commercial property teams nationally renowned for their work and the expertise within the team. The firm work with the leading national developers and it is an exciting opportunity for the successful Commercial Property Associate to join a close knit team that benefits from being a part of a wider national Commercial Property outfit. The quality of work is some of, if not the best in the Birmingham market and includes complex, high calibre and high value work for national clients across the country. The role will encompass all aspects of residential development work; including land acquisitions and disposals, promotion agreements, regeneration, affordable housing, infrastructure and reversionary sales. Ideally the Commercial Property Associate will be: At least one year's post qualification experience within Real Estate or Residential Development. An understanding and desire to specialise within Residential Development is key. Able to deal with complex, high value matters The client appreciate that Residential Development is quite a specific area of law and the right person for the team and the culture of the firm will be someone with a real interest and desire to specialise and build a name within the market.
