MyCSP are currently looking for ambitious Customer Service Advisors who will join our energetic Enquiry Centre Team. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre we are a well-established pension’s provider with over 1.5 million customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on giving the very best customer service to all our customers and we’re now hiring We’re a Call Centre with a difference We provide first class service to clients who call the Enquiry Centre to discuss their pension. This could be anything from a simple change to a client starting their retirement. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and handle each call in a professional and courteous manner. Full training will be provided and we’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know about our pensions so you’ll be able to handle every call confidently and provide exceptional customer service. There are no sales targets involved but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet. Our working hours are on a rotational basis and you’ll be expected to work Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm) You’ll be joining a highly engaged and vibrant team who are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service.
